Synthesised Video Textures
To give you that grimy, retro, washed out look that only analogue video can produce.Forget the glitch plugins and digital half-measures, these textures were lovingly crafted by hand with an analogue video synthesiser.
You can even have a few of them for free.

Video Synthesisers (or, synthesizers, I’m easy…) work in basically the same way as an audio synthesizer – they use oscillators to generate waveform signals. The generated signals are split off into R, G and B channels and then controls allow these signals to be mixed together in various ways. The synthesiser used for this pack also accepts video and audio inputs. A Korg Monotron was used for some of the ‘wavey’ videos. The resulting video was captured in uncompressed form using a Blackmagic Intensity Extreme.
